Tile Fish Dinner
Tile Fish is an excellent choice for a great baked dish. In this recipe, we give you an amazingly delicious sauce to perfectly complement this baked, breaded tile fish recipe. We don’t often have tile fish in stock, but when we do you can rest assured it’s the freshest fish you can find the Gulf waters.
Directions
- Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly and place in refrigerator to chill
- Preheat oven to 375 and grease a baking dish with butter or oil
- Rinse fillets and cut into portions, and dry with a paper towel
- Mix bread crumbs, cheese, and paprika. Dredge fish first in milk, then the breading mixture.
- Place in baking dish.
- Melt 2TB of butter, and drizzle evenly over the top of the fish to promote browning.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, until fillets are white completely through the thickest part.
- Serve and enjoy!
For the sauce:
1 Cup mayonnaise
2 TB pickle relish
2 TB capers
1 ½ TB Dijon mustard
3 TB lemon juice
1 TSP minced garlic
1 TSP finely minced parsley
½ TSP salt
½ TSP black pepper
½ TSP onion powder
For the fish:
3-5 lb. Tilefish, filleted skin off
½ Cup milk
½ Cup fine bread crumbs
½ Cup parmesan cheese
2TB butter
1TSP paprika
