Description
Cobia, Fresh-caught off Florida’s Coast in The Gulf of Mexico
Since Cobia is usually 25+ pounds, we break them down, portion out fillets, and freeze the vacuum-sealed portions. With this preparation method, our customers get a perfect fresh-frozen fillet.
